Happy Birthday, Marcus. Well, this is his birthday breakfast. He is a lover of pancakes and I cannot resist, but to give him what he wants on his special day. He picked out his breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. His lunch was scrambled eggs and toast with honey. (I know, weird, lunch!) For dinner I made him meatballs with homemade sauce, garlic bread, sweet corn and pasta. Dessert is a surprise and I will show you tomorrow!
